We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations Assistant to join our talented Sales Operations Team to help us grow and bring actionable recommendations based on data. By joining our team, your main contribution will be to set up processes into CRM tools (Zoho Suite) to improve the efficiency of all programs of different business strategic scopes and build the reports to monitor the performance.

Also, if you love working with cross-functional stakeholders (finance, data, tech, sales, logistics, marketing, etc..) you will support the team by leading end-to-end projects. As part of an international group, you'll enjoy working with different nationalities and understand the specificities of each group.

Your missions:

  • Build new automations and features as CRM project manager to improve seller onboarding process into Zoho CRM

  • Create new reports & dashboards with tools like Zoho CRM, Qlik, Metabase to analyze sales/sellers performances

  • Maintain, execute & optimize existing Sales Operations operational tasks & reporting routines

  • Understand & explain business performances by using data, developing adequate reporting and automated user insights dashboard.

  • Plan Quarterly process post-mortems and help identify areas for improvements

Description of Ideal Candidate

Profile requirements:

  • Bac +4/+5 graduated from a Top Business/Engineering School (or equivalent university education)

  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented and hands-on

  • The ability to synthesize and explain your analyses

  • A creative mindset to identify solutions & shortcuts

  • Excellent speaking and writing in French and English (all communications & meetings are in English or French)

  • Fast and enthusiastic learner

  • Coding skills: Experience with Excel and SQL working with large data sets is a plus

  • Ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
